Patagonia Workwear x Tsuboguchi Noji 2021

Patagonia workwear campaign in collaboration with a farmer in Toyooka City, Japan. Eiko Hiramine took over the farming business from her father, and she wished to expand organic farming that protects all creatures. Toyooka City is the last place for Oriental White Storks or konotori to be alive before the extinction. With the hard lesson followed by the success of artificial hatching of the storks, the city actively protects Oriental White Storks. Eiko, who was inspired by the community effort, tried to take on a new endeavour by setting up solar sharing, which enables her to continue farming under the solar panels to contribute to sustainability.
